Before you give up on Hoover's, try the one on Manor road. I have never had their chicken, but I have never, ever had anything that sucked there. Every time I have ever been there, the owner, Hoover Alexander has personally checked on us at some point during the meal. So, please give Hoover another chance and go to the restaurant that he runs. And tell him about your bad experience at the north location so he can get everytihing there up to snuff. It’s a shame you went to that branch of the original Hoover’s.
